Closed beta workflow (emails + manual steps)
- Applicant applies on signup.html (account + Discord required). Automated: admin alert email on every submit; applicant "application received" email on first signup only.
- Review the list below (or admin inbox). Use the Discord username shown on each row.
- Discord (manual) — assign the closed-beta role on Discord; check Discord role assigned (works on pending or approved rows).
- Approve And Email — sets
beta_tester, records approval, sends the You’re in the closed beta email with /beta browser play link. - Steam (automated) — import keys into the pool below; select approved testers and click Send Steam Key Email to Selected. Keys auto-assign from the pool, save to each row, and email install instructions (build ships on Steam’s default branch — no beta opt-in).
